Bradie Beagley-Reiner
FounderBradie is the founder of Daylight Collaborative and the person you call when things are messy, half-built, or stuck in limbo.
She’s spent her career sitting at the intersection of people, process, and technology—leading client experience teams, untangling broken systems, and translating big ideas into work that actually gets done. Before launching Daylight, Bradie led CX at a fast-growing vacation rental tech company, where she built teams, scaled operations, and partnered closely with clients navigating growth, change, and complexity.
Bradie works best in the in-between spaces: during migrations, transitions, and “we know something needs to change, but we’re not sure how yet” moments. Her style is thoughtful, direct, and deeply collaborative—equal parts strategic and hands-on. She believes clarity creates momentum, and that the right systems should make work feel lighter, not heavier.
Outside of work, she’s based in the Colorado Rockies, balancing business-building with family life, adventure, and a healthy appreciation for good design and honest conversations.

With a background rooted in software implementation, technical configuration, and operational problem-solving, Jeri brings structure, precision, and calm to complex projects. She has a talent for spotting gaps others miss, asking the right technical questions, and turning abstract requirements into clean, functional setups.
Where Bradie zooms out to see the full picture, Jeri zooms in to make sure every piece actually works. She’s methodical without being rigid, deeply knowledgeable without being overwhelming, and collaborative in a way that makes teams feel supported rather than audited.
Jeri is especially strong in PMS migrations, integrations, data cleanup, and system optimization—quietly doing the work that makes everything else possible.
